MERRIWEATHER BOX OFFICE INFO

Ticket Sales: The Box Office buildings are closed in the off-season, so all sales currently take place in the Merriweather Administrative Offices. (See below for more information.) Merriweather’s Box Office sells tickets for all Merriweather, 9:30 Club, The Anthem, Lincoln Theatre, 9:30 Presents at U Street Music Hall, and other I.M.P. promoted shows.

OFF SEASON BOX OFFICE INFO: All sales are currently out of Merriweather’s administrative offices until the spring of 2019. To get to the administrative offices, turn onto Dennis Lane off of Merriweather Drive. Pull in through the gated area. Follow the drive around the back of the pavilion until you reach the other gated entry way. Park along side the fence line before the second gate, and enter the double glass doors. Take the elevator on your right to the 2nd floor. Any questions, please call 410.715.5550. Hours of operation: 10AM – 4:30 PM weekdays. The off season box office will be closed Thanksgiving week (Wednesday thru Friday) and December 23 through January 1.

Box Office Hours: M-F 10am–4:30pm at the West Box Office which closes for the year after Merriweather’s last show of the season through the winter. Box Office is closed on Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.

Show Days: West Box Office is open from 10am until approximately an hour before the end of the show. South Box Office (next to the main gate into the venue) is open 2 hours before the Gates open until approximately an hour before the end of the show.

Procedure for a new show going on sale at the box office: For new shows going on sale, tickets will NOT be available at the box office the day of the public on sale. They will be available for online purchase only at that time. Tickets for new shows will be made available at the box office starting on next business day following the public on sale (usually Monday).

Most shows will enforce a maximum allowable number of tickets per customer. Some shows will have additional rules.

Guess What? … No box office service charge! Tickets purchased at the Merriweather box office are NOT subject to service charges. If applicable, a credit card surcharge may be added to your order.

Tickets are sometimes also available through fan club sites for artist presales or special VIP packages.
