Regular hours: Mon-Fri 10am-5:30pm. Tickets are sold at the West Box Office, which is located at the end of the handicap accessible parking lot.
Directions: Enter from Little Patuxent Pkwy, directly across the street from Columbia Mall, and follow the road straight. Then turn left before reaching the grass parking lot.
Show Days: West Box Office is open from 10am until approximately an hour before the end of the show. South Box Office (next to the main gate into the venue) is open 2 hours before the gates open until approximately an hour before the end of the show.
Special Hours for Saturday On sales: West Box Office is open for two hours any time a new Merriweather or I.M.P. concert goes on sale.
Guess What? ... No box office service charge.
