Her voice is mature and polished, invoking memories of Ella Fitzgerald and a young Bonnie Raitt. She’s got it all; the presence, delivery, attitude and raw talent of an artist that’s rocketing her way from an opening act to a headliner on the national concert stage.” – Scott Shuman ~ Grammy Award winning producer

The one-of-a-kind sound of her world-class band defies boundaries but connects leaving the crowd eager for more. The spontaneity of her shows and energetic interaction with her audience always results in a truly uplifting performance.
Throwing Plates
Throwing Plates

Combining heartfelt singer/songwriter roots with folk-rock grit, Throwing Plates is becoming a regular act among many venues in the Washington area. Created by three gifted musicians and songwriters, the DC based group aptly incorporates fresh musical thinking with memorable melodies.

Throwing Plates was founded by James Britton, Jamie Boyd, and Doug Imhoff; the three crossed paths while performing in DC showcases. Mutually impressed by their talents, they soon began writing songs together. Over the past three years Throwing Plates has independently booked and performed hundreds of shows and have received awards from the Songwriters Association of Washington and Mid-Atlantic Songwriting Contest.

Through their energetic and interactive stage presence, the trio is accumulating a loyal following. In 2015, well-known songwriter and producer Mark Williams was impressed with Throwing Plates, leading to work on their recording debut. The self-titled album was released on July 29th, 2016 and can be found on iTunes, Spotify, and other online retailers.
The Split Seconds
The Split Seconds

Formed in 2015, The Split Seconds exploded onto the DC music scene with their unique style of no-frills classic pop-punk. Rising from the ashes of Dischord Records' The Coastals, frontman Drew Champion sought to put together a project combining the energy of late-70's Punk with undertones of 60's pop, and garage rock.

Joined by drummer Sean Peterson, bassist Stephen Parsons, and guitarist Alex Massi, The Split Seconds took their sound to enthusiastic audiences at east coast punk clubs.

The Split Seconds' debut LP "Center of Attention" was released by Altercation Records Inc. in March 2017 to critical acclaim, featured on outlets including The Washington Post, Punknews, Dying Scene, New Noise, and Idobi Radio.

The Split Seconds are busy in 2017 touring, recording, and performing at festivals including SXSW, The Fest, and Antisocial Camp-Out.
